If any individual supplement you purchase from The Wellness Store doesn't meet your expectations, we'll refund your money in full within 60 days of delivery—no return required, no questions asked.
Terms & Conditions
Eligible Products: This guarantee applies exclusively to individual supplement purchases. Bundles, subscription orders, and non-supplement products (essential oils, bath products, gift sets, etc.) are not covered under this guarantee.
Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of your delivery date (not purchase date).
One-Time Guarantee: This guarantee is limited to one use per customer and applies only to the specific product(s) that did not meet your expectations, not to other products in your order.
No Return Necessary: You may keep the product—there is no need to return it to us.
How to Request a Refund
Simply contact us with your order number and let us know which supplement didn't work for you. We'll process your refund promptly.
Other Returns & Refunds
For products not covered under our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (bundles, non-supplement items, etc.), standard return policies apply. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery for assistance with returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We'll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
